Supply of Liquor to Minors

Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 it is illegal for us to sell alcohol to you if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal for you to buy alcohol from us if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time.

Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on this site include GST and are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Minimum Order Quantity

There is no minimum order quantity.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping information can be found here. We do not currently offer delivery outside mainland New Zealand (Waiheke, Stewart Island etc). Please contact us if you have any questions.

Product and Packing Guarantees

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we will replace any unopened bottles with another product or credit your account upon the return of the bottles. In the case of a change of mind, or error in order from the customer’s end, returned products will be delivered at the cost of the customer.

If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If your order has been packed incorrectly and is not what you have been invoiced for, we will put it right for you. Please note that packing errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Insurance

We insure our products up to the point where they are delivered to your address. We are not responsible for damage or theft to goods beyond this point.

We respect your privacy and we will protect it. The Gintrap emails and this website contain special offers and allow subscribers the opportunity to buy products online. Pricing Information

We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced we will contact you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order.

Cancellation

Once you have placed an order on this website the order is final and cannot be cancelled. However, products may be returned to us under the conditions of our above Product and Packing Guarantee.
